DIGIOP recently showcased DIGIOP ELEMENTS™ video and data management platform at the 10th Expo Seguridad Mexico conference in Mexico City, Mexico.

The team conducted hundreds of live demonstrations of DIGIOP ELEMENTS, our powerful video and data management software for show attendees from across Central and South America. DIGIOP is a core business solution that seamlessly integrates high resolution video with traffic and queuing intelligence, POS transactions, and video analytics through a single user-friendly dashboard.

The Monticello Banking Company wanted to upgrade their outdated analog system, increase system flexibility and storage, and bring surveillance monitoring in-house.

IT Manager, Kelley Rader, explained, “The main thing that we were looking for was something that was easy to install and maintain, and wasn’t too expensive. We wanted a PC based system that would support different types of storage on our network. The DIGIOP solution fulfilled all of those key requirements. In addition, the sales team let us do a trial run in one of our bank offices which gave us the opportunity to test system viability and operate the system for ourselves.”

We recently showcased our DIGIOP ELEMENTS™ video and data management platform at the 2nd Annual Microsoft Dynamic Retail Reseller & User Conference in Las Vegas, NV.

As the preferred POS integration partner, the DIGIOP team led educational sessions demonstrating the many benefits that can be achieved by integrating POS data, video, and analytics – including reducing fraud, enhancing customer experience, improving operational efficiencies, and optimizing store performance.

DIGIOP provided live demonstrations during the two-day exhibit for more than 200 integrators and end users.

As the DIGIOP product development team strives for differentiation and competitive advantage in every product we offer, we continue to promote and leverage the benefits of Intelligent VCA Analytics built into our DIGIOP BLACK Intelligent IP camera line.

While the IP indoor/outdoor dome cameras (BLK-IPD104) and IP box cameras (BLK-IPS103) are a very high quality product, and have been well-received by our customers, they are underpowered to properly support the full suite of intelligent analytics available in the camera. Because of this, DIGIOP has decided to discontinue the above mentioned part numbers effective March 28. DIGIOP will continue to service and support these products for a FULL 3 YEAR warranty after date of purchase.
