Effective September 15, 2008, DIGIOP will increase the minimum numberof hours to repair each System from 2 hours to 4 hours. Our labor rateswill stay the same at $75 per hour. Therefore, the minimum billed forSystem repair will increase from $150 to $300.
We have avoided raising our billing rates as long as possible, butwe cannot prolong it anymore. Any repairs postmarked before September15th will be honored at the lower hourly repair rate.
When Systems are sent to the DIGIOP Repair Depot, make sure they areproperly packed. The Warranty may be voided if the Systems is damagedin transit to the facility. As always, it is the responsibility of therespective dealer for incoming shipping fees and insurance. If a Systemis received in sub-standard packaging and is or appears to be damaged,you will be contacted immediately by a DIGIOP Customer ServiceRepresentative who will work with you on the best way to proceed.
