DIGIOP Elements™ Training
We have created a comprehensive training program for DIGIOP customers, dealers, and distributors with training available to any role a customer may play within their company.
End User Training
Our end user training focuses on key functions that an end-user will need to know to perform his or her everyday tasks within the DIGIOP Elements software suite. This training will cover how to:
- View live video
- Search recorded video
- Export recorded video
- View pertinent DIGIOP Data elements and video analytics
- Pan-tilt-zoom, and audio functionality within the software
- Create and save views for individual users
Admin User Training
DIGIOP admin user training focuses on those individuals that require a more in-depth knowledge of how the system is set up, and how to easily modify DIGIOP Elements to fit their specific needs. Admin user training will focus on how to:
- Camera compressions
- Setting up an NVR vs. a DVR
- Explanation of DIGIOP’s options of a hosted setup vs. a local system setup
- Review of minimum specs of server and client software machines
- Storage location explanation
- Add/remove cameras
- Setting up permissions for roles and users within the software
- Profile creation
- Group creation
- Administering users and roles
- Audio configuration
Each session will have a Q&A section for any questions that may arise, and each course will be followed by an opportunity to test-out. All successful test-outs will receive a certificate of completion from DIGIOP stating in which course the attendee is certified.
