All DIGIOP Digital Video Management Systems (DVMS) are sold to Authorized DIGIOP Dealers with a complimentary support plan.

The DIGIOP Support Plan includes:

• 30‐day satisfaction guaranteed return policy

• Three‐year limited hardware warranty with availability of next business day, on‐site service

• Three-year hardware technical phone support

• One-year software technical phone support

• One-year complimentary software upgrades

• Unlimited availability to released software patches that address miscellaneous bugs and fixes

The DIGIOP Support Plan is associated with the registered serial number and all warranty
